Class Members - Become a Class Member to access premium classes and exercise anytime anywhere with the freedom of no class timetables! Class Members have the option of a monthly or annual subscription and have access to over 90 recorded Pilates and Stretch classes. There is a level to suit everybody, at any fitness level and any age.

Group Classes - Join our Group Classes to keep you accountable, sign up to the waitlist to be the first to know the next class dates are announced. Everyone loves our 45 minute live zoom classes. You can workout in the comfort of your own home. You will also gain access to the online library for 7 days.

1:1 Private Class - Your private session includes a personalised program to target your concerns that aligns with your goals. Ideal for any fitness level and any age, no pilates experience needed. Private 1:1 sessions are $80, to book your session please visit the contact page.

Meet Megan

Hi, I’m Megan! After working as a Beauty Therapist for 14 years, the importance of having a healthy mind and body led me to Pilates. In 2020 I started my training to become a Pilates Matwork Instructor. Completing my work placement with my mentor and friend Kerin from NQ Pilates & Fitness. From there, I started developing my class members online library soon came our fun live zoom classes!

Matwork is a dynamic, full body workout. Matwork increases flexibility, mobility, balance and strengthens muscles.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this 28 day challenge. I workout in the gym regularly and didn’t realise stretching was so important until doing this course. Now I enjoy using some exercises I learnt for after my workout sessions to really stretch out my muscles & how great it makes me feel. I definitely feel more flexible & stronger since starting.     Megan @Lavishbeautyandbody pilates classes are for all levels of fitness. 28 Day Challange live sessions are a brilliant way to make you get up and move, from your own living room!! Megan's recorded sessions are doable, even with little time. These sessions are a get incentive to keep you moving inbetween the 28 Day Live Challange.     Absolutely love Pilates classes with Megan. I have just completed another 28-day challenge that was the perfect balance of hard work and fun. Megan varies the workouts to get all your muscles (even ones you didn’t know you had) working with modifications to the exercises to suit all levels of ability. Megan has a way of motivating you in such an encouraging and supportive way and it be honest I feel like I’m working out with a friend. In between challenges Megan has an extensive library of videos to follow along with which is she regularly adding to. Plus, it’s all from the comfort of home. I’ve definitely found my exercise happy place!
